Believe in You and what Your body tells you

I am saying this out of reflection and constant dealing with drs and the medical field in a whole. I have studied natural /herbal medicine, alternative treatments, all kinds of forms of healing from crystals to hawaiin ho'oponopono and reiki and kinesiology and I could go on and on. What I have learned from big pharma and the medical community is that they are not always correct. Or I am a cat with 9 lives.

And I didn't stop at 9. Going back to earth, what God provided us with that dissappointedly the majority didn't take care of and has now mangled with pesticides, chemicals, garbage, and just plain toxic junk. You can still reclaim your health. It is possible. I am no quack dr. talking fool to gain something. I am just a girl, young woman, spunky empath that has experienced in myself and others the bounty of eating quality, taking supplements, vitamins, minerals, and prayer. Here is the kicker. It does not need to cost alot either. I often get asked how did you learn that how do you know what your doing and wow that really worked. I realize I am dealing with a society that believes in wraps and botox over doing the work yourself but I am here regardless to say you don't need all of that. Sounds great, but I never had that extra money. I've descriped vitamin K and milk thistle already. And if you read about those two you already realize I must have liver issues.. ; ) Sort of. They said I had cirrhosis. Chronic, irrevisible. Well 14 days after leaving the hospital my liver enzymes, blood work all was normal. I do have trouble with bilirubin but regardless; from death bed to thriving. Not the first time either.I am no miracle worker but have seen miracles and experienced them. I believe there is a master plan but we have some say otherwise. Live to love, love to live. Were gonna talk about L-lysine next.
